0 Michael Avenatti VS Stormy Daniels | The third day of the Avenetti Trial is underway. The court proceedings now underway revolve around Avenatti’s alleged theft of some $300,000 in money Ms Daniels was due for her 2018 book Full Disclosure.
Today it was expected for Stormy Daniels to take the stand. Daniels took the stand and testified on how she met Michael Avenatti and having issues with receiving her payments after receiving the first advance payment.
Daniels testified that, on numerous occasions, she sent Avenatti text messages to find out about the status of her payments.
Michael Avenatti whom is now representing himself, alway gave her the same generic reply “they’re being difficult”.
What Is The Trial About?
The porn star who catapulted Michael Avenatti to fame four years ago will get a starring role in the New York courtroom when prosecutors try to prove the California lawyer cheated her of $300,000 in book proceeds.
The book in question titled “Full Disclosure” is about Stormy Daniels and former US president Donald Trump. Stormy Daniels has promised to tell the full story of her alleged affair with Donald Trump.
